One conversation. Many possible perspectives.

Coaching is not one method for every problem. It is a partnership in which we can explore a decision, change, leadership, relationships, a team dynamic — or a question you cannot quite name yet.

Your topic does not need to be professional. It needs to be yours.

I know the worlds of technology, business and organisations well. But coaching does not end at the office door. We can work with boundaries, relationships, direction, values, personal change or the simple question: “what next?”.

Perspective is not simply another view. It can be a catalyst.

Sometimes you do not need more information. You need the opportunity to look at the same place from somewhere else — and enough space to decide for yourself what to do with what you see.

I do not change your reality. I help create the conditions in which you can see more of it.

You do not need to be.

You can begin with one conversation. We can clarify the topic and direction together.

AI & TRANSPARENCY

AI supports selected parts of my work — it does not replace my judgement, responsibility or relationship with the client.

I use AI tools for tasks such as research, organising information, structuring content and preparing materials. I treat AI as support for my work — not as an autonomous author or decision-maker. Anything I publish or use professionally remains my responsibility.

In coaching, I do not use AI to automatically assess, diagnose or make decisions about a client. AI does not replace attention, confidentiality or human responsibility for the coaching relationship.

AI may support the process. Human responsibility remains.
