One conversation can be a good place to begin.

You do not need a finished plan, a perfectly formulated goal or certainty about where you want to end up. A topic that matters to you right now is enough.

You do not need to prepare a presentation about your life.

I do not need your whole story from the beginning. You also do not need to solve the problem first so that you can explain it well during the session.

Bring one sentence. A dilemma. A decision. Something that keeps returning. Or simply the feeling that there is something worth pausing for.

Your job is not to prepare perfectly for coaching. Your job is to arrive as yourself.

Your topic does not need to sound “coaching-like”.

“I do not know if I want to stay in this job.”

“I have two good options and no idea which one to choose.”

“I find it incredibly difficult to say no.”

“Everything seems fine, but something does not feel right.”

“I know what I should do. I am just not doing it.”

“I have stepped into a new role and want to make it my own.”

“I keep returning to the same question.”

“I do not even know what the topic is yet. I just know I want to talk.”

It is not an interview. And there are no “correct answers”.

01

We clarify what matters today

We begin with what you need from this particular conversation. The goal may be very specific or it may emerge as we talk.

02

We talk

I ask, listen and reflect. Sometimes we pause at a single word or sentence. We may change perspectives and explore what has not yet been visible.

03

You make meaning

I do not interpret your discoveries for you. We explore what they mean to you and what has become clearer.

04

We finish where it makes sense

You may leave with a decision or an action. But clarity, a new question or a conscious choice not to decide yet can be equally valuable outcomes.

Simple. No special preparation required.

1:1

The session is an individual conversation focused on your topic.

Online

We meet online. You will receive the meeting details after booking.

PL / EN

Sessions are available in Polish and English.

Confidential

Our conversation stays within the confidentiality framework and boundaries we agree together.

The first meeting is also a chance to see whether we work well together.

The coaching relationship matters. You are welcome to notice not only whether the topic feels right, but also whether my way of working feels useful to you.

You do not need to decide on a longer process after the first conversation. Sometimes one session is enough. Sometimes the need for another emerges naturally.

Good coaching does not begin with commitment. It begins by discovering whether this conversation is useful to you.

When do you have space for a conversation?

If you would like to book a session directly, choose an available time below. For Team Coaching, Leadership Coaching or Coach for Coach collaboration, use the enquiry form below.

Sometimes the best collaboration does not begin with a standard offer.

If you are a coach too, we can work together in a different way — exchange coaching sessions, connect coaching with technology, or explore how to use AI without handing over responsibility for human work to a machine.

01PEER COACHING

A session for a session.

If you are developing your own coaching practice, I am open to exchanging coaching sessions. You coach me, I coach you — with a clear agreement, confidentiality and a genuine coaching relationship on both sides.

02COACH + TECH

Your website does not have to look like a coaching template.

I can help you design and build a simple, modern website for your coaching practice — from structure and content through user experience to the technical launch.

03ETHICAL AI

AI can support a coach. It should not become one.

A practical workshop or training conversation about where AI tools can genuinely support coaching work — and where a boundary is needed. No list of “50 magic prompts”. Instead: confidentiality, responsibility and human judgement.

AI • confidentiality • responsibility • human review

Let’s talk about AI

The goal is not to generate more.

I am more interested in when AI helps us think, organise and create — and when it starts entering territory where responsibility should remain human.

content and educational materials

research and knowledge organisation

support in developing communication and offers

automation of simple administrative tasks

confidentiality and client-data boundaries

what should not be shared with AI tools

reviewing outputs and taking responsibility for the result

Not every conversation fits neatly into a calendar. If you are interested in a project, Coach for Coach collaboration, or simply prefer to write first, leave a few details.

SIGNALMESSAGECONVERSATION

Instead of preparing — create a little space.

If possible, leave yourself a few quiet minutes before we meet.

Find a place where you can speak freely.

You do not need notes or prepared answers.

Keep something nearby to write with if that helps you think.

Most importantly: you do not need to arrive as the “best version of yourself”.

Before you click “book”.

Can I book just one session?

Yes. There is no need to commit to a complete process. We can begin with one conversation and decide what, if anything, would be useful next.

What if I do not know my goal?

That is completely fine. We can begin with the situation, question or feeling you want to understand more deeply. Clarifying the goal can be part of the session.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. You may want to consider what would make the conversation valuable to you, but preparation is not a requirement.

Can the session be about work?

Yes. Career, role transitions, workplace relationships, boundaries, leadership, decisions and professional development can all be coaching topics.

Can we work in English?

Yes. Sessions are available in both Polish and English.

Perhaps it deserves an hour of your full attention.

You do not need to know what answer you will reach. You only need to know where you want to begin.
