I work with coaching clients.
My coaching approach is grounded in partnership, ethics, presence, attentive listening and trust that the client remains the owner of their decisions and process.
ABOUT
For years, I worked with systems. Today, I am equally interested in the human being operating within them.
I did not replace technology with coaching. I widened the lens.
SYSTEM → HUMAN
I like understanding how things work. But a human being is not a system to debug.
My professional background comes from technology, data, analytics and organisational environments. For years, I learned to search for dependencies, root causes, patterns and solutions.
Coaching added something very different: the ability to pause before offering the solution. Curiosity about what another person sees, feels and chooses. And acceptance that the best answer does not need to belong to me.
TECH
I have not left technology behind.
I continue to work with data, AI, Business Intelligence and modern data platforms. Technology remains an important part of my professional world — it is simply no longer the only lens.
SPEAKER
I enjoy sharing what I learn.
I speak at technology conferences, deliver training and create sessions connecting technical experience with questions about people, ways of working, learning and change.
HUMAN
Outside work, sometimes I simply run.
Amateur running regularly reminds me that growth does not require being the best person in the room. Sometimes it requires the courage to enter it, learn from people who are better than you and keep moving.
THE BRIDGE
We do not have to choose between logic and being human.
Data taught me to ask “what is happening?”. Coaching taught me to ask “what does this mean to you?” much more often. I need both perspectives.

Meritum — Coaching Programme
Completing the programme was an important step in my coaching development. I continue to build my practice and develop my skills while working towards the International Coaching Federation ACC credential.
